BLOOD KneeHeat is a single-use, non-medicated heat pad for knee and joint use. Follow the directions, storage information and warnings printed on the package before use. Ingredients: Iron Activated carbon Water Salt Vermiculite (mineral) Directions and warnings: Tear open packaging. Upon contact with air, KneeHeat will heat up on its own within 5 mins. Place KneeHeat on the affected area and strap the band around your knee to secure pad in place. After every hour of use, remove product for at least 5 mins to let your skin rest. Prolonged contact with low heat may cause burns. Warnings and precautions: CAUTION • Remove product from skin every hour to let skin rest. Do not use directly on skin if you have sensitive skin. Check skin frequently during use, remove product immediately if you find irritation, burns, blisters or if it gets too hot • May reach above 60°C • May cause low temperature burn if used for long periods of time at one go or if used on sensitive skin • Ask doctor before use if you are pregnant, have diabetes, poor blood circulation, deep vein thrombosis, rheumatoid arthritis or heart disease • Product contains iron and may be harmful if ingested. If ingested or product contents come into contact with skin/eyes, rinse mouth/affected area with water and see a doctor immediately STORAGE • Do not open before use. Keep out of reach of pets & children. Store in room temperature, avoid direct exposure to sun. DO NOT USE • while sleeping • with external knee guard or apply strong pressure on product • on areas with swelling, bruising or redness • if product is torn or damaged, or if contents leak • on areas around wounds, rashes, damaged skin, face, where medication or other forms of heat have been applied • on people unable to follow all use instructions or remove the product (infants/young children/elderly) • while undergoing any MRI or X-ray procedures • in microwave, attempt to reheat or place near heating elements as product may catch fire to sun.
