It is soft, fat and chewy Italian potato based dumpling style pasta. -This truly the closest you can get to fresh pasta without actually buying fresh pasta. -Furthermore, this product is shelf stable so no refrigeration is needed. gnocchi is incredibly versatile, robust enough to pair with a rich meat ragu or a tomato based sauce, but are just as good with a creamy sauce or a vibrant herb pesto. -If you want to keep things simple, you can always just saute your cooked gnocchi in butter and herbs before serving. Store in cool dry place, refrigerate after open Italy
