O.B. O.B ProComfort Tampons - Regular 32 per pack

How to use

Wash hands before and after use. Check that the individual wrapper is sealed; do not use a tampon with a broken seal. Unwrap, extend the removal string and follow the enclosed applicator-free insertion instructions, leaving the string outside the body. Change regularly and remove by gently pulling the string. Dispose of used tampons in a bin. Tampons are associated with toxic shock syndrome (TSS), a rare but serious illness that can be fatal. Choose the lowest absorbency needed. Never leave a tampon in place for more than 8 hours. Warning signs include sudden fever, vomiting, diarrhoea, dizziness or fainting, and a sunburn-like rash. If these occur, remove the tampon immediately, stop use and seek medical help at once. If you have previously had signs of TSS, consult a doctor before using tampons again. Read the enclosed leaflet before use.
