How to use
Directions: 1. Wash hands before preparing baby's formula 2. Wash bottle, teat and cap thoroughly until no milk remains 3. Boil for five minutes and leave it covered until use 4. Boil drinking water for five minutes and allow to cool to around 45°C 5. Consult feeding table and pour exact amount of luke-warm water 6. Only use scoop from this container and level using inner rim 7. Consult feeding table and add exact number of scoops for baby's age 8. After use, store the spoon on suspension inside can as shown 9. Cap bottle and shake well until powder is fully dissolved Reminder: 1.For use under medical supervision only 2. Leaving baby unattended may cause choking Warning: 1. Unboiled water, unboiled bottles or incorrect dilution can make baby ill 2. Only prepare one bottle at a time 3. Follow instructions exactly 4. Feed immediately 5. Please consult your doctor before usage 6. Discard and left over milk 7. Use content within 4 weeks after opening 8. Not intended for parenteral use
