How to use
Vegetable Stir-Fry: 1. Boil cut up fresh vegetables (Broccoli, Mushrooms, Celery, Edible Fungus, Potatoes, Lotus Root, Cabbage, Eggplant) until half cooked 2. Take out and set aside 3. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a 10 inch skillet over medium heat 3.
