- Each bottle contains the oil from 16 avocados. - High smoke point. - Plant based, vegan. - Gluten free. Avocado oil's very high smoke point makes it a perfect choice in your kitchen every day of the week. Use avocado oil for just about any culinary purpose including: BBQ, sauteing, pan frying, baking, roasting, marinating, dipping, garnishing, health and well-being. The mild, neutral taste of avocado oil makes it incredibly versatile. Cold pressing from the first press of the avocado fruit means retains the same high level of nutrients, natural flavour, aroma and colour found in fresh avocado. Drizzle over salads, pasta, pizza or soups as a finishing oil. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, in an upright position. Natural cloudiness in the oil is normal. New Zealand
