How to use
1. Spread the Roesti out evenly in a non stick pan 2. Brown them over high heat for approximately 5 minutes 3. Press the Roesti down and fry over medium heat for about 5 minutes until golden brown 4.Flip the Roesti over and adding a teaspoon of margarine or butter, fry the other side for approximately 5 minutes until golden brown
