How to use
Baby's First Cereal Feeding: 1. Mix 1 tablespoon cereal with 4 - 5 tablespoon of warmed breastmilk or infant formula 2. You may increase the amount of cereal used gradually Easy to Mix Directions: Pour desired amount of cereal in bowl For Baby: 1. Stir in liquid (breastmilk or infant formula) to desired consistency 2. Serve as it is or warm For Toddler: 1. Mix with milk, water, or Gerber juice for children over 1 year of age 2. Serve as it is or warm Microwave Guidelines for Heating: 1. Mix 1/4 cup of cereal with 1/3 - 1/4 cup unheated liquid 2. Warm at medium (50% power) 15 - 30 seconds 3. Stir to even out temperature Important: 1.Test Temperature before feeding 2. If mixing with milk for children over 1 year, heat on high power for 15 - 20 seconds 3. Discard any unfed cereal
