Majority of the Asian population (80-99%) are lactose intolerant, which can cause them to avoid drinking Milk every day. This is a common problem in which the body has difficulty digesting Lactose, the Sugar found in milk, into its constituents. This is due to low production of the enzyme lactase in our body. Lactase is the enzyme required to break down lactose into its component Sugars of Glucose and Galactose. Having lactose intolerance means the Lactose passes undigested to the colon where it is fermented by the gut bacteria causing digestive discomfort. Such symptoms of lactose intolerance typically include abdominal bloating, cramps or gas. The milk can be more easily digested and absorbed and this allows you to enjoy the natural goodness of Milk without having to worry about symptoms arising from lactose intolerance. • 99.9% Lactose freefrom natural fresh milk • UHT processed to maintain long life and retain the qualities and flavours of Milk • No preservatives 100% Fresh Cow's Milk and Enzyme (Lactase) Australia
