<p>ARCOS range of Knife Sharpeners are a perfect tool for taking care of your knives. Keeping knives sharp is an essential step toward safety in the kitchen, as a sharp knife cuts more precisely and requires less effort and pressure by the user. Regularly sharpening the knife will also prolong the usability of the blade as the blade angle is retained. The ARCOS Pocket Knife Sharpener makes sharpening easier as its internal sharpening arms are fixed at the optimum blade edge angle and the user only needs to maintain an upright knife position when sharpening. Being light and foldable makes it a handy companion as it can kept in most pockets or chef jackets. Measures 75 x 65 x 20mm.
