Heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil and stir fry chopped spring onions 4. Remove cooked spring onions from heat once fragrant 5. Add shredded chicken to the pan and stir fry 6. Add pre-boiled ingredients (cabbage, mushrooms, carrots) and simmer with meat 7. Once vegetables have softened, stir fry with high heat 8. Add water, seasoning, soy sauce, pre-boiled rice sticks and pepper to taste 9. Cover the pot and simmer with low heat for approximately 2 minutes 10.
