Forged from a single piece of Nitrium Stainless Steel, with a French style ferrule, the Riviera range is highly comfortable to use with its rounded lines and ergonomic handle. Nitrium Stainless Steel is an exclusive material used for the blade and provides additional hardness, greater cutting power and improved cutting edge durability, compared to conventional Stainless Steel. The handle is made of Polyoxymethylene with Stainless Steel rivets, is highly resistant to impact, abrasion, and solvents, and able to withstand high and low temperatures between -40�C to 150�C.
